         The Water-Gel Crystals company was formed in early 1999 after its founder, Don Carr,
           discovered that his Water-Gel Crystals polymers were becoming ever increasingly popular.

           Starting from his home office in San Antonio, Texas, he sold his Water Crystals at the local
           flea markets and several local craft shops. Demand soon outstripped supply.  Now, he sells
           his Water Crystals to shops and businesses throughout the U.S.A.
